RaaDoc is a free online toolkit for the small document jobs that show up in every workday, merging a PDF, shrinking an image, generating a QR code. No account, no watermark, no waiting.
Why we built this
Every online PDF tool follows the same script. You upload a file, wait through a countdown, hit a daily limit, and then get asked to sign up. Somewhere in there a watermark appears. The tool works, but the experience is built to sell you something rather than to finish the job.
We wanted the opposite: open a page, do the thing, close the tab. That is the whole product. RaaDoc, every tool here is free, unlimited and requires no account.
What we believe
Your files stay yours
Uploaded files are deleted within one hour of processing. Several tools, QR Generator, Compress Image, Word Counter, run entirely in your browser, so the file never reaches our servers at all.
Speed is a feature
No artificial countdowns, no queue positions, no "upgrade to skip the wait." Files process as fast as the machine allows, and that is the only limit.
Free means free
No trial period that expires, no daily quota, no watermark on the output. If a tool is listed on this site, you can use it as much as you want without paying.
No account walls
You should not have to hand over an email address to rotate a PDF. There is no sign-up, no login, and no "create a free account to continue."
Where we are headed
Phase 1 is the foundation, the tools people reach for most. From there the plan is to expand steadily across categories while keeping the same rules: free, fast, no account.

Everything on this page describes what we are building, not what you can use today. The design below is close to final, join the list at the bottom and you will hear the moment keys go out.

These numbers are what we are aiming for, not a commitment. They will move based on what the servers actually cost to run and what early users say is fair.
Does the API change the free tools?
No. The tools on this site stay free, unlimited, and without an account, that is the point of the whole project. The API exists to fund the servers so the free tier can keep existing, not to slowly starve it.
If you are a person merging a PDF, nothing about your experience changes. If you are a company running ten thousand merges a month through a script, the API is the supported way to do that.

Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we do not, and exactly how long your files stay on our servers. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
We do not require an account, so we do not have your name or email unless you email us. Uploaded files are deleted within one hour. Several tools never upload the file at all, they run inside your browser. We do not sell data to anyone.
1. Who we are
RaaDoc ("we", "us") is an online toolkit for PDF, image and document tasks. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the site at raadoc.com.

2. Files you upload
This is the part most people care about, so it goes first.
Every tool runs in your browser
This is not a marketing line. No file you open in RaaDoc is ever uploaded. Every tool, merging PDFs, compressing images, removing a password, generating a QR code, runs as JavaScript inside the page you are looking at. The file is read from your device, processed in memory, and handed straight back to you.
We could not read your files even if we wanted to, because they never reach us. There is no upload directory, no processing queue, and no deletion job, because there is nothing on our side to delete. Your document stays on your machine from start to finish.
Why this is possible
Modern browsers are capable enough to do this work locally. RaaDoc ships its own PDF engine, written in JavaScript, that parses and rebuilds documents inside the page. There is no upload endpoint to send a file to, because there is no processing server. The trade-off is that a very large PDF will use your device's memory and take a few seconds, but in exchange, your file never leaves your hands.
3. What we actually collect
Because there is no account system, there is not much.
Nothing. They are never sent to us, so there is nothing for us to hold.

Kept indefinitelyServer logs record that a page was served, the same thing every web server on earth records. They say nothing about what you did with the tool, because that happened on your machine, not ours.
If you email us or use the contact form, we obviously have whatever you wrote and the email address you gave. We use it to reply and nothing else.
4. Cookies
RaaDoc uses a small number of cookies. None of them are used by us to build a profile of you across other websites.
- Essential cookies keep the site working, for example, remembering that you dismissed the cookie banner.
- Analytics cookies tell us which tools get used and which pages people leave from. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
- Advertising cookies, RaaDoc is a participant in the Google AdSense program, which may set its own cookies to show and measure ads, and in some cases to personalise which ads you see based on your activity across other sites. These cookies are set and controlled by Google, not by us. You can turn off personalised ads for your Google account at adssettings.google.com, or turn off advertising cookies for RaaDoc specifically from the Cookie Policy page.

5. Third parties
We keep this list short deliberately. Right now, data can reach:
- Our hosting provider, which serves the page to you.
- Our analytics provider, which receives anonymous page-view data.
- A public CDN (Cloudflare), which serves the open-source processing libraries and the fonts. It sees that a file was requested, not what you did with it.
- Google AdSense, which may serve ads on some pages and can set cookies to do so, see the Cookies section above for how to control this.
We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to data brokers. Google AdSense is the one advertising relationship we have, it is disclosed here rather than hidden, and you can opt out of ad personalisation at any time through the links above. The tools themselves stay free either way.
6. Security
All traffic to and from RaaDoc is encrypted with HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored in a temporary directory that is not publicly listable, and download links are unguessable.
No system is perfect. If you find a security problem, please report it to contact@raadoc.com before disclosing it publicly, and we will fix it as fast as we can.
7. Children
RaaDoc is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Since we collect almost nothing from anyone, this is largely academic, but if you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, tell us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we process it.
In practice, for most visitors we hold no personal data at all, so there is nothing to hand over or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, write to contact@raadoc.com and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. For anything significant, a new category of data, a new third party, we will put a notice on the homepage as well.

Terms of Service
The rules for using RaaDoc. They are short because the service is simple: use the tools, do not attack the servers, do not upload anything illegal.
You may
- Use every tool as much as you want, for free
- Use the output commercially, client work, products, anything
- Use it at work, at school, or for a business
- Do all of this without creating an account
You may not
- Upload content you do not have the right to process
- Script or automate the site to hammer the servers
- Resell RaaDoc as if it were your own service
- Try to break, probe or overload the infrastructure
1. Agreement
By using RaaDoc you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. That is the whole of the legal formality.
RaaDoc operates this site. In these terms, "we" and "us" means RaaDoc, and "you" means whoever is using the site.
2. The service
RaaDoc provides online tools for working with PDFs, images and documents. The tools are provided free of charge, with no usage cap and no account requirement.
We may add tools, change how a tool behaves, or retire a tool that is not being used. We will not put an existing free tool behind a paywall, add a watermark to its output, or introduce a daily limit on it.
3. What you upload
Your files are never sent to us, every tool runs inside your browser. We therefore have no copy of anything you process, claim no rights over it, and could not use it for any purpose even if we wanted to. See the Privacy Policy for how this works.
You are still responsible for what you process. Do not use RaaDoc on material that is illegal to possess or handle in your jurisdiction.
There is no account and no server-side copy of your work. If you close the tab before downloading, the result is gone. Always keep the original file before processing it.
4. Acceptable use
The servers are shared by everyone using the site, so a few things are off limits:
- Do not run scripts, bots or scrapers against the tools. If you need programmatic access, wait for the API, that is exactly what it is for.
- Do not attempt to overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass rate limits.
- Do not attempt to access files that are not yours.
- Do not use the service to process material that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
We may block traffic that breaks these rules without notice. There is no account to suspend, so blocking happens at the network level.
5. Commercial use
Yes, this is allowed, and you do not need to ask. Merge a client's PDF, compress product photos for your store, generate QR codes for a business card. The output is yours to use however you like.
What is not allowed is wrapping RaaDoc and reselling it, running our tools through an iframe or a script and charging your customers for it. If you want to build a product on top of RaaDoc, the API is the supported path.
6. No warranty
RaaDoc is provided "as is". We work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise the service will always be available, that every conversion will be perfect, or that a tool will handle every unusual file correctly.
Check the output before you rely on it, particularly for anything important. If a tool produces a wrong result, tell us, that is how it gets fixed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including lost files, lost time, lost data or lost business. Since the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is nothing.
This is not us being evasive, it is the standard position for a free service, and it is why the advice above about keeping your own copy matters.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do. If the change is significant, we will announce it on the site rather than quietly editing the page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.

Cookie Policy
RaaDoc itself sets three cookies, and none of them follow you to other websites. Google AdSense may set its own cookies separately on some pages, you can turn any of these off right here.
Your cookie preferences
Change these whenever you like. The setting is stored on this device and takes effect immediately.
Keeps the site working, remembers that you dismissed the cookie banner, and holds your preferences from this very panel. Without these, basic things break.
Tells us which tools people use and where they give up. The data is aggregated and has no identifier attached to it, so we cannot tell one visitor from another. Turning this off does not change how the tools work.
Remembers small choices you make inside a tool, the compression level you last picked, the output format you prefer, so you do not have to set them again next visit.
RaaDoc uses Google AdSense on some pages. When on, Google may set cookies to show ads and, where permitted, personalise them based on your activity elsewhere. Turning this off does not remove ads but tells Google to skip personalisation for this device, you can also manage this at the Google-account level via Google Ads Settings.
RaaDoc is a participant in the Google AdSense program. Google, not RaaDoc, sets any advertising cookies and controls which ads appear. We never see the contents of the files you process regardless of whether an ad is showing on the page, the tools and the ads are completely separate; nothing you upload is used to target ads. You can opt out of personalised ads any time using the toggle above or through your Google account.
What a cookie actually is
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. When you come back, the browser hands it over again. That is the whole mechanism. Cookies get a bad reputation because advertising networks use them to follow people across thousands of sites, but the technology itself is just a note your browser keeps.
The cookies we set ourselves
These three are ours. Google AdSense sets its own separately (see the note above), we do not control their names or lifespans, since they belong to Google, not to us.
Turning cookies off in your browser
The toggles above are the easiest route, but you can also block cookies at the browser level. Every browser has this under Settings → Privacy. Blocking everything will make the cookie banner reappear on each visit, since we can no longer remember that you dismissed it.
Blocking cookies does not stop the tools from working. RaaDoc has no login and no session state to lose.
